A new rice-cleaning plant in the suburbs of Kerki is now complete, and from next year it will begin work on cleaning the rice harvested from two districts of Lebap velayat. This was reported by Orient news, citing a publication in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
The construction work has been completed. The next stage is the installation of advanced high-performance equipment produced by leading foreign companies in the shops of the plant. Rapid and high-quality sorting with subsequent rice purification will be controlled by computer technology.
The rice purification plant has been designed in accordance with environmental standards and the principles of environmentally friendly production. The plant will purify rice harvested from more than 2,000 hectares of agricultural land.
