Exhibits for a new history museum being prepared in the Turkmen city of Arkadag

The exposition of a new history museum to be opened in the administrative center of Akhal province, Arkadag city, is currently being formed. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

The most important exhibits of the new museum will be archaeological finds and artifacts with high cultural and historical significance. According to the museum staff, the exposition will include exhibits from different historical periods of Ahal's development, starting from the Bronze and Iron Ages. The museum visitors will be presented exhibits with national heritage value - famous monuments of antiquity, Neolithic and Eneolithic, Middle Ages and other historical epochs.

These archaeological finds are currently undergoing restoration, selection and careful preparation. They will tell a wide audience of museum visitors about the history and culture of people living on the territory of modern Turkmenistan many centuries ago.
