Cotton sowing started in Dashoguz province of Turkmenistan

On Wednesday, March 29, Dashoguz mechanizers started sowing cotton. The sowing schedule was approved by the President of Turkmenistan and developed in accordance with the climatic conditions of each region of the country. Cotton sowing in Dashoguz province started several days later than in other regions of the country. This was reported by the Internet publication: "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

As part of the agricultural reform, the country's velayats have been provided with modern machinery for land cultivation, cotton sowing, maintenance and harvesting. The established brigades maintain the operability of the agricultural machinery fleet by providing maintenance, service and timely fuel supply.

Traditionally, the start of sowing season was blessed by honorable elders. On the occasion of the beginning of the sowing campaign in Dashoguz province, festive events were held: an exhibition of agricultural machinery and goods of the agrarian complex of the north of the country, performances of national musicians and singers.
