President of Turkmenistan Signs Decree on Establishment of Arkadag Newspaper

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree on the establishment of a legal entity of the newspaper "Arkadag". The same Decree approved the Charter of the legal entity. This was reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

According to the signed Decree, the newspaper is planned to be launched from July this year with a weekly periodicity. The newspaper will be published in the Turkmen language.

The Decree envisages amendments and modifications to the current legislation of Turkmenistan. The necessary changes are ordered to be developed within a month by the State Publishing Service together with the Ministry of Adalat for further approval by the Cabinet of Ministers.

The new Turkmen edition will cover the achievements of the state, news and opportunities of the modern "smart" city "Arkadag", programs and measures taken by the Government for the development of the region.
