On January 11, the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working visit to the city of Arkadag, where he familiarized himself with the projects of objects planned for construction and reconstruction, and held a working meeting with the participation of relevant leaders, TDH reports.
During the trip, Hero-Arkadag, Honored Architect of Turkmenistan familiarized with the designs of the multi-lane bridge on Gokdepe Avenue, types of its supports and means related to the decorative features of this structure.
After familiarizing himself with the presented projects, Hero-Arcadag made comments and corrections. Noting that the modernization of important infrastructure related to road transport should be approached in accordance with modern requirements, Hero-Arkadag stressed that special importance should be attached to the quality and durability of the construction materials used, and gave a number of instructions in this regard.
Then the Chairman of the State Committee for Construction of Arkadag City under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov and the mayor of Arkadag City G. Mammadova reported on the projects and drawings of planned and proposed for construction of industrial complexes and other facilities of the second stage of development of the new city.
The projects presented include a medical cluster, a shopping and business center in Arkadag, a medical cluster office building and vaccine production plant, an Artistic Carpet Weaving Enterprise, the National Museum of Turkmen Carpet and Handicrafts, and a land plot intended for the construction of a proposed new cultural and entertainment center.
Hero Arkadag noted the need for a thoughtful and responsible approach to determining the location of the canal, which will flow through the territory of the new cultural and entertainment center, where a special hotel and restaurant should be built to reveal the real world of the hospitable Turkmen people.
Hero Arkadag, a connoisseur of Akhalteke horses, emphasized the importance of placing sculptures of racehorses, which are the pride of the Turkmen people and world famous, in the territory of the park. At the same time, information about the pedigree of each horse, its history and victories in races should be summarized and displayed on large information screens.
Then, Hero Arkadag held a working meeting here with the participation of heads of domestic individual construction enterprises involved in the realization of the second phase of development of Arkadag City.
Chairman of the State Committee for Construction of Arkadag City under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov reported on the current work in the new city, held negotiations with the heads of local construction companies involved in the construction of planned facilities.
Honored Architect of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag noted that each industrial building should be built in accordance with its purpose, in particular, special attention should be paid to their equipment. At the same time, uninterrupted production based on local raw materials should be ensured.
Hero-Arcadag emphasized that the construction works within the second phase of the new city are carried out at a modern level, and the industrial complexes are put into operation in due time. At the same time, the equipment of industrial facilities, especially the buildings of the medical cluster, should be based on innovative technologies.
During the working meeting, the mayor of Arkadag city G. Mammadova informed that along with the work on settling residents in modern houses, appropriate measures on improvement of the new city are properly taken. As noted, these issues are under constant control.
Noting that the new city built on the basis of advanced technologies has been awarded several international certificates in the field of ecology, Hero-Arkadag emphasized the need to carry out comprehensive measures to maintain the proper ecological condition in the city of Arkadag and gave a number of instructions in this regard.
During the working meeting, the heads of "Garagum", "Saýaly menzil", "Dost gurluşyk", "Ýedi ýer söwda-önümçilik", "Ajaýyp gurluşyk" and private enterprises "Mukaddes gün", "Aktab" and "Berk teker", who are involved in the construction of the second phase of Arkadag city, reported on their activities.
The heads of construction enterprises, which are members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country, were the first to report on the results of the ongoing work for the construction of new facilities. They also expressed gratitude to the President of the country and Hero Arkadag for the trust to participate in the implementation of the projects that are currently being implemented in the new city founded on the initiative and thanks to the efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people.
Emphasizing that it is a great honor for them to take part in large-scale construction projects in our country, including in the city of Arkadag, the entrepreneurs noted that they have gained rich experience in this field, exchanging experience with foreign colleagues.
The entrepreneurs assured that they will make every effort to successfully accomplish their construction tasks.
Honored Architect of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag noted that domestic entrepreneurs are the golden fund of the country and the state provides them with necessary support. In this regard, great importance is attached to the development of small and medium business in the country. Hero-Arkadag said that innovative technologies and modern methods should be used in carrying out construction works here.
The National Leader of the Turkmen people noted that entrepreneurs engaged in the construction industry were entrusted with long-term projects and expressed confidence that they would play an important role in history, worthily solving the set tasks, erecting buildings and bridges in the country, passing the results of their noble labor to future generations.
Then, the National Leader of the Turkmen people instructed the Chairman of the State Committee for Construction of Arkadag City under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov and the Mayor of Arkadag City G. Mammadova to coordinate the construction of the new city and accelerate the pace of work together with entrepreneurs.
At the end of the working meeting, Hero-Arkadag familiarized himself with the new equipment purchased by the President of Turkmenistan, which was delivered to the city of Arkadag and intended for the needs of public utilities of the new city.
