Turkmenistan has launched a digital educational platform Sanly Bilim, which unites all the resources and services of the Ministry of Education to provide students with convenient access to educational materials. Arzuw.news reports with reference to Turkmenistan: Golden Age.
The new system operates on the principle of "Single Window" - after one-time registration and receiving a personal identifier, users can work with various educational resources through a personal account.
The platform includes several specialized services. The educational portal Ukyply offers video lessons, lectures and reports on history, art, music, literature, science, philosophy and foreign language learning for students and teachers.
E-kitaphana e-library provides access to works by Turkmen authors, textbooks and professional literature with the possibility of online reading or downloading in PDF format.
Special tools have been created to organize the learning process: E-mekdep - an electronic environment for interaction between teachers, parents and schoolchildren, and E-bakja - a service for parents of preschool children.
Through the Sanly bilim hyzmatlary section, users can pay for educational services, including professional development courses, vocational training and higher education. The platform also includes a news section with up-to-date information about events in the field of education.
The project is implemented within the framework of the Concept of Development of the Digital Education System in Turkmenistan and is designed to increase the availability of educational services through modern information and communication technologies.
