Turkmen delegation takes part in scientific conference in Kyoto

The delegation of Turkmenistan headed by Rector of Oguzkhan G. Mezilov of the Oguzkhan University of Engineering and Technology participated in the 22nd annual conference of the forum "Role of Science and Technology in Society" held in Kyoto on October 5, 2025. The official opening of the event was attended by Emperor Naruhito of Japan and representatives of many countries. This was reported by the online publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

The conference included thematic sessions and meetings dedicated to the expansion of international cooperation in the field of science. Participation in the authoritative international forum allowed the delegation of Turkmenistan to familiarize itself with the world's advanced achievements and present the scientific and educational potential of the country.
