In order to implement the tasks set out in the Program "Revival of a New Era of a Powerful State" and the Concept of Arkadag City Development, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree that allows the State Committee for Construction of Arkadag City under the President of Turkmenistan to conclude a contract with the private enterprise "Ajaýyp gurluşyk" for the design and construction of the Enterprise of Artistic Carpet Weaving and the National Museum of Turkmen Carpet and Handicrafts in Arkadag City, TDH reports.
The document also provides for the improvement of adjacent territories. Construction works are to start in January 2025, and the commissioning of the facility with full readiness for operation is scheduled for January 2027.
