Ambassador of Turkmenistan meets Austrian Foreign Minister

Turkmenistan's Ambassador to Austria H. Amannazarov took part in the meeting of diplomats of Central Asian countries with the Austrian Federal Minister for European and International Affairs Beate Meinl-Reisinger, which was held yesterday in Vienna. During the talks, the sides discussed the prospects for regional cooperation, strengthening bilateral relations and finding solutions to common problems in the spheres of energy, environmental sustainability and economic development.

The diplomatic representative of Turkmenistan emphasized the readiness of the country to expand partnership relations with Austria and the European community in accordance with the principles of the policy of positive neutrality.

At the end of the meeting, the participants confirmed mutual interest in maintaining stability, ensuring sustainable development and deepening integration processes between the Central Asian states and the European Union.
