Ambassador of Turkmenistan meets with Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkey

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Turkey Mekan Ishangulyev met with Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Ayşe Berris Ekinci on July 26. This was reported by the Internet edition "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age."

The agenda of the meeting included issues related to the current situation and prospects for further development of cooperation in trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian and political-diplomatic spheres.

Within the framework of the meeting a special emphasis was made on the planned visits and meetings at the highest and high levels. In the context of cooperation in the fuel and energy sector, the need to build up partnership and implement joint projects was stated.

The sides also discussed the organization of events in honor of the 300th anniversary of the birth of Makhtumkuli Fraghi.
