The Summer Youth Skills Development Program - 2023 was completed in Ashgabat

The three-week Summer Youth Skills Development Program - 2023, organized by the Union of Economists of Turkmenistan and USAID, concluded in Ashgabat. The program, held from July 8 to 29, was aimed at improving the competitiveness and developing the professional skills of 40 young people between the ages of 17 and 25.

The intensive training program focused on developing personal, entrepreneurial and digital skills for employment and career building. The program included workshops on soft skills development, entrepreneurship, business planning and digital skills, providing practical knowledge on professional development, business planning, internet safety and office work.

The program included master classes, meetings with representatives of the business community, and an educational job fair. At the end, a business idea contest was held, which was judged by experienced business leaders.

The Youth Skills Development Program is in line with Turkmenistan's priority to improve the skills of young people. It serves as an example of initiatives aimed at professional growth and social engagement of young people.

The organizers thanked the participants, experts and partners for their contribution to the success of the program. They encouraged the youth to continue developing their skills for personal and professional growth and national development.
