In Turkmenistan, the state concern "Turkmenneft" has completed drilling of 12 new wells in the field "Goturdepe" in 2024, 9 of which have already been put into operation and are actively used for hydrocarbon production. This is reported by the online edition "Westiabad."
The total depth of rock drilled during the past year exceeded the figures approved in the plans. Over 47.5 meters were drilled for operational needs.
At present, the Turkmen drillers are continuing to expand access to hydrocarbon reserves at high rates. In particular, active activity is being carried out at 2 wells of the Uzynada field and 6 wells of the North Goturdepe field.
