Businesswomen and executives of Turkmenistan will be trained in good governance by specialists from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Financial support for the project is provided by the European Union. At the moment applications for free online trainings have been announced.
Classes will increase emotional intelligence through a better understanding of yourself and your own leadership style, which will allow you to interact more effectively with your subordinates.
During the training it is planned to work in detail on such topics as:
- professional qualification and reputation management;
- conditions of effective relationship management;
- progressive negotiating abilities;
- productive ways of problem solving and decision making;
- conflict resolution;
- Effective team leadership;
- dealing with current risks and problematic issues.
The course is based on the best global practices. The trainings are interactive. In addition to the practical component, participants will also encounter real cases about leadership qualities. The webinar will be held on an online platform, the functions of which will ensure the interactivity of the sessions.
The trainer is Marina Pogosyan, a licensed management consultant with 20 years of experience in management positions at interstate consulting companies.
Classes of 3 hours each will be held online in March (23, 25, 28 and 30) and April (1 and 4) 2022. Selection for participation is on a competitive basis.
