Turkmenistan and the UN discussed the outcomes of the LLDC3 conference

Turkmenistan's Ambassador to Kazakhstan B. Rejepov held a meeting with UN Resident Coordinator in Astana Sarango Radna, during which the parties discussed the results of the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Countries. Arzuw.news reports with reference to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Kazakhstan.

The diplomats emphasized the important role of Turkmenistan's cooperation with the United Nations in the development of international interaction. The participants of the meeting paid special attention to the significance of the LLDC3 conference, which was held on August 5-8 in the AVAZA tourist zone.

The event was held in a symbolic period - in the year of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality status and the 80th anniversary of the founding of the UN. The conference discussed topical issues of the world economy and identified ways to address them.

Following the meeting, the parties exchanged views on holding joint events. The results of the AVAZE conference will create ample opportunities for the development of transport relations within the framework of international partnership.
