Gulshat Annamuradova's personal exhibition opened in Ashgabat Museum

On September 6, the State Museum of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan hosted the opening of a personal exhibition of Gulshat Annamuradova, a member of the Union of Artists of Turkmenistan. This was reported by the online publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

Gulshat's canvases depict picturesque landscapes of the Kopetdag foothills and boundless dunes of the Karakum desert. Gulshat is a young artist-painter, a graduate of the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan, specializing in "Turkmen miniature".

The peculiarity of the artist's works lies in the use of two or three colors in painting. This technique is based on the tactical balance of pure local colors. The main concept of artistic intent is the maximum use of gradations of a single color.

The artist's paintings create a poetic mood and give birth to feelings of peace and harmony. The beauty of Turkmenistan's nature in Gulshat's works is revealed in simple subjects that perfectly convey the fleeting nature of the captured moment to which the viewer can return again and again.
