Khakim of Ashgabat Rakhym Gandymov spoke at the International Conference CIET 2024. This is reported by the Internet edition "Westiabad."
In his speech, Mr. Hyakim noted Turkmenistan's achievements in introducing new standards in the field of construction, which contribute to increasing the sustainability of buildings and improving the quality of urban life. As a vivid example, he cited the project of "smart" city Arkadag, the construction of which was carried out with the use of innovative technologies in accordance with modern environmental standards.
One of the main topics of Rakhim Gandymov's speech was "Ashgabat City" - a large-scale project, the implementation of which will modernize the transport system and improve the infrastructure of the capital of Turkmenistan.
Concluding his speech, Hyakim emphasized that Ashgabat, being a part of UNESCO International Cities, continues to effectively apply advanced solutions in urban planning.
