Artists from Turkmenistan are invited for short-term training in the United States

Artists and cultural figures from Turkmenistan can compete for scholarships from the international ArtsLink program.
Priority will be given to work related to climate change or human rights issues. Artists of all ages are invited to participate in this competition, both those with a specialized education and those who have acquired artistic skills on their own.
English is a prerequisite for participation.
Applications must be submitted by January 16, 2023, along with a cover letter and brief biographical information. In a letter of no more than 400 words, applicants should explain why they are interested in participating in the ArtsLink program and how the program will benefit them.
ArtsLink fellows will receive a six-week interactive research internship (March-April) and a six-week visit to the United States in October to conduct personal research or develop a specific project in collaboration with host representatives. In November, there will be a meeting with ArtsLink representatives in New York or another city in the United States.
