German ambassador completes diplomatic mission in Turkmenistan

Turkmenistan's Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany Michael Bierhof, who is completing his diplomatic mission in the country, on March 14. This was reported by the online publication "Türkmenistan habarlar portaly".

The meeting addressed the issues of further development of cooperation and implementation of the agreements reached during the working visit of the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to Germany for a meeting in the "CA-Germany" format.

Fruitful cooperation in the trade and economic sphere was noted, in particular, the effective activity of the Turkmen-German working group on economic cooperation. The need to continue cooperation in the fields of health care, culture, education and study of the German language in Turkmenistan was also emphasized.
