On June 10, another graduation of cadets at the higher educational institutions of military and law enforcement bodies of Turkmenistan took place. This was reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
Traditionally, the day began with laying flowers at the monuments of Berdimuhamed Annaev and Myalikguli Berdimuhamedov. A congratulatory address of the President of Turkmenistan was delivered to the graduates, officers and faculty on the square in front of the Constitution Monument, followed by the solemn presentation of diplomas, badges and officers' certificates.
The festivities continued with demonstrations by the honor guard and literary compositions by theater artists.
The solemn part ended with a parade march of graduates.
On the same day, graduates of the Naval Institute of the Ministry of Defense of Turkmenistan were honored in Balkan velayat.
