The eighth meeting of the Working Group on the development of the country's digital economy was held online in Turkmenistan. This was reported by the TurkmenPortal online edition.
The interdepartmental meeting was attended by representatives of relevant ministries and agencies of the country, who shared their experience and presented plans for further digitalization of the system of their institutions.
The round table touched upon the issues of further implementation of the "Electronic Government" system and modernization of the unified portal of public services, and considered measures to accelerate the digitalization of the country.
In addition, during the meeting practical steps to implement the interagency system of electronic document management and a unified register of public services were discussed. It was noted that in order to implement the project on digital transformation of the country, the Working Group actively cooperates with UNDP.
