The closing ceremony of the Year of Culture of the People's Republic of China in Turkmenistan was held in the Turkmen capital. This was reported by the TurkmenPortal online publication.
In this regard, a Chinese delegation including representatives of specialized agencies, musicians and dancers, acrobats, journalists from the "Zhenmin Zhibao" newspaper and "Xinhua" news agency visited Turkmenistan. The creative event was organized on the initiative of Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping to strengthen cultural and humanitarian ties between the countries.
A concert with the participation of artists of the Hangzhou Opera and Dance Drama Theater and the art group "Twelve Xiangtai" was a spectacular conclusion of the PRC Year of Culture in Turkmenistan. Song, dance and acrobatic groups performed.
