In Turkmenistan, the day off has been moved from October 6 to October 7

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree on postponing the Memorial Day holiday, TDH reports.

Due to the fact that Memorial Day falls on Sunday and in accordance with Article 81 (2) of the Labor Code, the Head of State decided to move the day off from October 6, 2024 to Monday, October 7.

All institutions, enterprises and organizations, regardless of their form of ownership, are instructed to ensure the implementation of this Decree.
