Turkmenistan sowed 145,000 hectares of land with winter wheat

Farmers of Dashoguz province have successfully sown winter wheat on 145,000 hectares of land. This is reported by the Internet portal "Westiabad."

Such a result was achieved due to the effective organization of labor and the use of modern agricultural machinery, which made it possible to complete the sowing season in an acceptable time. At the moment, high-yielding winter wheat varieties are grown in Dashoguz province, which are characterized by high varietal purity, resistance to diseases and good germination rates, which will ensure a rich wheat harvest.

It should be noted that Dashoguz province is one of the largest breadbaskets of the country, successfully implementing state programs in the agro-industrial complex of Turkmenistan.
