Civil defense faculty to open in Turkmen university

Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree on March 29, 2023 on the opening of the Faculty of Civil Defense at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction. This is reported by the state news agency: "Turkmenistan Today".

The President instructed the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Education to develop and approve the Regulation on the Faculty of Civil Defense. The presidential decree states that the admission of documents to the Civil Defense Faculty will start in the 2023-2024 academic year.

Also, proposals of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Adalat on making changes and amendments to the current legislation of Turkmenistan in accordance with the signed Decree should be submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers within a month.
