Economic observer and expert on Turkmenistan Valentin Trapeznikov spoke about the active development of greenhouse farms in the country, producing tomatoes that meet world standards. This is reported by the Internet edition "Westiabad."
The expert spoke about the planned doubling of greenhouse areas in greenhouse farms, which will contribute to an increase in the volume of products, which are supplied not only to the domestic market, but also for export. The successful development of greenhouse business, according to the expert, is due to the climatic conditions of the country, the use of modern equipment and advanced technologies of agro-industrial complex in greenhouses, as well as - with favorable and stable gas supplies.
В. Trapeznikov said that greenhouse tomatoes from Turkmenistan are competitive in foreign markets because they combine affordable cost and the highest quality.
