In his congratulatory letter he emphasized that the long-standing relations were based on mutual respect and friendship. Putin noted the dynamics of bilateral cooperation in the political, economic, humanitarian, energy and foreign trade spheres.
The Russian leader hopes for further strengthening of the interstate partnership, which will promote security and stability in Central Asia and the Caspian Sea.
