Malaysian motorcyclists arrived in Ashgabat

A Malaysian motorcycle group has reached Turkmenistan, one of 16 countries on the London-Kuala Lumpur route. This is reported on the Orient news website.

The motorcyclists of the Quantum Metal Ekspedisi Perpaduan Watikah Kemerdekaan 66 London-Kuala Lumpur 2023 expedition have already crossed the UK, France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey.

The participants of the group visited the Embassy of Malaysia in Turkmenistan before continuing their visit.
The run began on June 20 and is scheduled to end in Malaysia on August 31, the country's Independence Day.
The total length of the race is 22 thousand kilometers and commemorates the journey of Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al Hajjah, who delivered the Declaration of Independence of Malaysia from London to Kuala Lumpur in 1957.
