During the solemn ceremony of awarding the Badge of Honor to the heads of Central Asian states, the National Leader of the Turkmen people Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a speech expressing gratitude for the high award and assured that he would continue to make efforts to strengthen good-neighborly partnership relations between the countries of Central Asia. President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, informing about the joint decision of the heads of the CA states to award the Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan with the Badge of Honor, emphasized the special contribution of the National Leader of the Turkmen people in strengthening friendship between the CA states.
