Within the framework of the International Festival of Classical Art "Caspian Seasons" at the first International Forum of Composers of the Caspian countries, a music book "Selected Vocal Works for Soprano and Piano" by Turkmen composer Nury Khalmamedov was presented. N. Halmamedov's collection includes romances for soprano and piano performed by opera singer Darya Guseinova, including the vocal cycle "Unheard Songs of the Children of Hiroshima and Nagasaki". The collection was published by the Organizing Committee of the Moscow International Festival of Arts "Sounds of Dutar" named after Nury Halmamedov in honor of his 85th anniversary.
Turkmen composer Mamed Huseynov, who is the chairman of the Turkmen regional branch of the Union of Eurasian Composers and art director of the Moscow International Festival of Arts "Sounds of Dutar", arrived from Turkmenistan to participate in the forum.
