Numerous letters are received these days to the President of Turkmenistan on the occasion of the birthday of the head of the Turkmen state, TDH reports.
In his congratulatory letter, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin wished the head of the Turkmen state the warmest congratulations on the occasion of his birthday.
Vladimir Putin noted that in Russia Serdar Berdimuhamedov is known as a consistent supporter of the development of relations of deep strategic partnership between the two friendly countries.
The head of the Russian Federation expressed confidence that constructive joint work on topical issues on the bilateral and international agenda for the benefit of the friendly peoples of Russia and Turkmenistan, in the interests of ensuring security, stability and well-being in Central Asia and the Caspian region will be continued.
President Vladimir Putin wished Serdar Berdimuhamedov good health, happiness and success in his state activity.
