Beijing, July 15 - Arzuw.news. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to China P. Durdyev held a meeting with President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) Jin Liqun. This is reported by Turkmenistan: Golden Age.
The head of AIIB expressed interest in expanding cooperation with Turkmenistan and shared the experience of the bank's interaction with the country. Jin Liqun announced his intention to participate in the Third Conference of Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC3), which will be held in the National Tourist Zone "Avaza" from August 4 to 8, 2025.
ABII plans to organize its exhibition hall at the upcoming LLDC3 conference. The parties discussed promising areas of bilateral cooperation in a warm and constructive atmosphere.
The Turkmen side presented information on the modern foreign policy of the country and its international activities. At the end of the meeting, the Turkmen delegation presented a book of selected poems by Makhtumkuli Fraghi translated into Chinese to the ABII President and the Bank's library.
