Chairman of the Tennis Federation of Turkmenistan appointed Vice-President of ATF

Chairman of the Tennis Federation of Turkmenistan Eziz Dovletov was appointed vice-president of the Asian Tennis Federation following the results of voting at the ATF Congress in Bangkok. This is reported by the online edition of "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

The Asian Tennis Federation is a continental body of national tennis federations, the main goal of which is the development of tennis in the Asian region. The candidacy of Eziz Dovletov was supported by 41 delegates out of 53. He will replace Kazakhstan's Yuri Polsky, who became the new ATF President.

During the ATF Congress it was also announced about the election of Eziz Dovletov to the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Masters Tournament Committee for 2024-2025. On January 23, 2024, the first meeting of the new ATF management team will be held at the Australian Open.
