President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov will pay a visit to Tajikistan on April 10-11 this year. This was reported by the press service of the President of Tajikistan.
During the planned trip, Serdar Berdimuhamedov will have a number of meetings with representatives of the Government of Tajikistan. In the course of the forthcoming meetings the possibilities of interstate cooperation in various spheres and directions will be discussed.
It is also reported that before the official visit of the President of Turkmenistan to Tajikistan, a business forum of entrepreneurs of the two countries will be held in Dushanbe on April 8-9. More than one hundred representatives of Turkmen business and over two hundred representatives of business circles of Tajikistan will participate in the conference. It is noted that the trade turnover between the states in the first months of 2023 increased by almost 2% compared to the same period last year.
