The President of Turkmenistan approved a document aimed at developing the digital economy

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has approved the Concept of Digital Economy Development for 2026-2028. The corresponding Decree was signed by the head of state, reports the online news resource AsmanNews.

The document provides for diversification of the economy through the introduction of digital technologies, development of the e-government system and strengthening the role of intellectual capital, business and ICT. The main goal is the formation of an innovative, high-tech and competitive digital economy.
