President of Turkmenistan returns to Ashgabat

Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov returned to Ashgabat from New York, where he participated in the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly. This is reported by the online edition of "Türkmenistan habarlar portaly".

The Head of State was met at Ashgabat International Airport by officials who congratulated him on his successful historic speech at the regular session of the UNGA. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov thanked for the congratulations and noted that this large-scale event was an important factor that allowed Turkmenistan's international relations to reach a new level of development.

The initiatives put forward by the President of Turkmenistan during the 78th session of the UN General Assembly were widely supported by the international community and representatives of the UN member states.
