Expansion of the airplane fleet in Turkmenistan is a strategic objective

Active expansion of the air fleet in Turkmenistan is of strategic nature in order to achieve economic and transit interests. This is reported by the State News Agency "Turkmenistan Today".

Turkmenistan's airline is one of the safest in Asia, and recently Turkmenistan's fleet of airplanes has been replenished with two American airliners "Boeing 777-300 ER", designed for 368 passengers.

The National Program for the Development of Civil Aviation of Turkmenistan for 2012-2030 is being actively implemented in the country, under which the material and technical base of aviation is being modernized, new airports and other aviation facilities are being built and existing ones upgraded, and highly qualified specialists are being trained. Short-term courses are held to train flight crews, flight attendants, employees of transportation organization and aviation safety services.
