On October 30, Astrakhan hosted the 21st meeting of the International Business Cooperation Council "Business Caspian", which was attended by representatives of chambers of commerce and industry, government agencies and business circles of the Caspian region countries. In the format of conferences and round tables the issues of expanding cooperation of the Caspian basin countries for the development of the international transport corridor "North-South" were considered. Attention was paid to the impact of improving transportation infrastructure on tourism. The parties considered the mechanisms of financial operations on foreign trade transactions with the countries of Asia and the Middle East.
The participants of the meeting decided to intensify the exchange of information on business conditions, investment projects, measures to support entrepreneurial activity.
