Turkmenistan team wins silver at robotics competition in Baku

Schoolchildren and students from Turkmenistan took second place in the international computer science and robotics competition held in Baku. The Turkmen team performed at its best, beating youth teams from other countries such as the United Kingdom, Sweden, the Republic of Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Israel. This was reported by Orient news with reference to the Azerbaijani media.

Programmers from Turkmenistan submitted very interesting works, which were highly appreciated by the experts. Maksat Kakajanov's model of a rescue robot deserves attention. The robot communicates with a satellite in real time and helps find people in trouble quickly. And with the help of Shovket Shokhratov's program, high school students will be able to orientate themselves in their choice of future profession.

The Turkmen programmers have already begun preparations for the next competition, which will be held in March next year in the capital of Great Britain.
