Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated the President of Vietnam

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated Mr. Luong Cuong on assuming the office of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, TDH reports.

In his congratulatory message, the Turkmen leader wished President Luong Cuong good health, inexhaustible energy and strength, as well as great success in his endeavors for the progress and prosperity of the people of Vietnam.
