Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree "On Pardon"

Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed by our great ancestors, in order to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of the Turkmen society and every family, and on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree on pardoning convicted persons on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality, releasing 276 pardoned citizens from further serving the basic sentence of imprisonment, TDH reports.
