President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan and on his own behalf congratulated Emir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and the people of Kuwait on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations, TDH reports.
In his congratulatory message, the President of Turkmenistan noted that the relations between the countries are oriented towards successful development on the basis of mutual respect and equality, emphasized Turkmenistan's interest in expanding bilateral cooperation and expressed confidence in its steady increase in the interests of both peoples.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished Emir Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah good health, happiness and well-being, and progress and prosperity to the friendly people of the State of Kuwait.
