Xi Jinping expressed gratitude to the Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan

President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping expressed gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for sending a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, TDH reports.

The message of the President of the People's Republic of China notes that last year, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited China to participate in the Third High-Level Forum on International Cooperation "One Belt, One Road", had a fruitful meeting, reached a number of important agreements on comprehensive cooperation between China and Turkmenistan, and outlined new plans for the development of bilateral relations.

In his message, Xi Jinping emphasized that he pays great attention to the development of China-Turkmen partnership and is ready to make joint efforts to promote cooperation in energy and other areas, as well as to build the Community of Common Destiny between China and Turkmenistan.
