The Heads of Foreign Ministries of Turkmenistan and Saudi Arabia held telephone talks. There was an exchange of congratulations: The ministers noted that soon - February 22 - will be the thirtieth anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two powers. Rashid Meredov and Faisal Bin Farhan Al Saud discussed the potential for strengthening cooperation in the political and diplomatic fields.
The heads of diplomatic missions highly appreciated the importance of bilateral political consultations. The need to expand cooperation in the format of international organizations was noted.
