OGT-2023 speakers named Turkmenistan the leading energy center of Central Asia

During the first session of the conference "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan-2023", which was held on October 25 this year, Turkmenistan was named by experts as the leading energy center in Central Asia. This is reported in the broadcast of the news program Watan.

The speakers emphasized that the country has come a long way in recent years, which allowed considering Turkmenistan an important energy center of the region. This is confirmed by large-scale projects in the oil and gas sector, which are of great importance for the whole world. Such projects include, in particular, the TAPI gas pipeline construction project supported by many countries and financed by reputable international organizations.

The speakers also noted that Turkmenistan is systematically developing the Galkynysh gas field, which contains the world's richest reserves of blue fuel.
