The deadline for university entrance exams has been extended until August 21

Today, President Berdimuhamedov signed an Order making appropriate changes to the plan of admission to higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of Turkmenistan in 2020. This is reported on the air of the program "Vatan".

According to the document, the dates of admission to higher and secondary vocational educational institutions were extended until August 21. Also, it was ordered to organize entrance exams to velayats and in the city of Ashgabat.

Earlier, entrance exams were scheduled to be completed by August 15 and held only at the location of educational institutions.

It should be noted that 14,337 people will be studying at Turkmen universities in the new academic year, which is 2,095 more than last year.
