Turkmenistan's capital celebrated its 140th anniversary

On May 25, schools across the country held Ceremonial rulings in honor of the end of the 2020-2021 school year. The children have a responsible period of final exams ahead of them and new challenges related to the choice of the future road. The President of Turkmenistan delivered a congratulatory address to the graduates at the Last Bell ceremonies all over the country.

This year's holiday ruler coincided with the 140th anniversary of Ashgabathence the capital's schools celebrated a double holiday. Traditionally, the day began with the best students laying flowers at the Independence Monument. Merry festivities were organized on the square in front of the circus, and a concert was held in the music center "Ashgabat". The final chord of the musical performance was the song "White City of Ashgabat", the verses for which were written by the head of state and the music was composed by the grandson of the Turkmen leader Kerim.

At the end of a busy day, the sky lit up with festive fireworks.
