Speaking at the 16th meeting of the Economic Cooperation Organization in Tashkent, Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov called on the countries of the Organization to expand partnership in small and medium-sized enterprises and cross-border trade. The President of Turkmenistan noted that it is necessary to create a favorable cross-border environment and intensify regional cooperation in order to increase trade turnover between the ECO countries.

In this regard, the Head of Turkmenistan proposed to consider the development of an "Information Portal" to facilitate and intensify multilateral cooperation. The resource will contain relevant information, proposals, business projects and other important information on opportunities and intentions of the countries in the sphere of foreign trade.
