Turkmen delegation participated in the World Government Summit in Dubai

A delegation of Turkmenistan, headed by Deputy Prime Minister Rashid Meredov, took part in the World Government Summit in the United Arab Emirates. "The image of the future government" - this was the slogan of the large-scale event held in Dubai. This is reported in the online publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

In his speech at the summit, Rashid Meredov noted the importance of consolidation of efforts of states and international organizations of the world level to successfully address the challenges of sustainable development. He stressed that Turkmenistan pays attention to the systematic implementation of the SDGs program, in particular, to solving the tasks of preventing global climate change. The Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan focused attention on the steps to implement the country's international commitments and national programs in this regard.
