Turkmenistan and Mexico held political consultations

On October 24, inter-ministerial political consultations between Turkmenistan and the United Mexican States were held in the format of videoconference. About it reports Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan.

The event explored opportunities to expand cooperation in energy, trade, economic, agricultural, educational, cultural and sports spheres.

The sides expressed mutual commitment to continue cooperation and support each other's initiatives within the framework of international structures, including the UN. In the context of trade and economic interaction, the sides considered the prospects of establishing business ties.

Within the framework of cultural cooperation, the parties considered the possibility of implementing joint projects and organizing events. The importance of establishing inter-university cooperation was noted. The sides also discussed the possibility of establishing inter-parliamentary cooperation.
