The heads of the Ministries of Education of Turkmenistan and the UAE negotiated and agreed on further steps to develop a partnership in the field of digital education.
The meeting participants stressed that in recent years the ties between the two countries have reached a higher quality level, having received a new content. This is in no small measure facilitated by the trusting relations that have developed in the process of communication of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov with the leading elite of the UAE.
Parties of negotiations expressed mutual interest in the intensification of interaction between educational and scientific structures of the states. This will allow prompt exchange of experience in modernization of educational and methodical, material and technical base of schools and higher educational institutions. In addition, cooperation will contribute to the training of civil servants and highly qualified personnel.
Much of the attention of the negotiators was focused on improving digital education, providing distance learning, including in the format of videoconferences between universities in Turkmenistan and the UAE.
